Custom pieces are produced on a first-come, first-served basis. Timelines are estimates and may shift based on order volume or materials. Once the request is received, it will be reviewed and we will work with you to get further details.
Because each custom order is created specifically for you, full payment is required upon agreement. This payment secures your order, allows us to source materials, and reserves production time in our studio. Once an order has been agreed upon, we cannot accept any changes. All custom items are added to our production queue once payment is received. Please note that all custom pieces are final sale.
